Autumn 2 2024
In P.E. this half term we have been practising our dribbling and shooting skills in basketball. The children have worked extremely hard to keep in control of the ball.
Our geography learning challege question this half term is 'What makes a river?' We went on a walk to the River Tame and we also saw Wilson Brook which is a tributary. We visited Peak Forest Canal too and learnt the difference between a river and a canal. The children asked lots of great questions to deepen their understanding and stretched their distilling muscles whe we got back to school.
