Forgiveness

Our fabulous Forgiveness display is inspired by the story of Zacchaeus and thepainting by Edmond Manning. The story of the infamous tax collector helps us to see how being forgiven can change our attitudes and behaviours and can give us a fresh start. Each class has been thinking about how they can forgive others, what they would like forgiveness for, how to say sorry and writing forgiveness prayers.

We have listened to stories of The Unforgiving Servant and The Lost Son and how other inspirational people like Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther-King and Gordon Wilson can teach us about the value of forgiveness.
