Football Match
Thursday 7th October 2021 - Ravensfield Vs St George's
Our children played some excellent football in a tough 3-3 draw with Ravensfield Primary school.
Our players worked really well as a team, passing the ball and using the full width of the pitch to carve out a 3-1 lead. We were unfortunate to conceed 2 late goals to make it 3-3 at the end of the game. All of the team worked really hard and enjoyed facing an evenly matched opponent. Well done to all of the players who took part, it was great to see so much team spirit and respect for an opponent.
Football Match - Tuesday 21st September 2021 - Bradley Green Vs St George's
Our children faced tough opponents for their first game since the pandemic.
A team of 8 children from Years 5 & 6 travelled to Bradley Green to compete in a 7 a side football match. Although ST George's lost 6-1, the scoreline did not reflect the team perfomance. Our team played some fantastic football and really enjoyed the experience of a competitive match. Well done to all of the players for not giving up and working hard until the final whistle!
After School Sports Club
In after school club we have been stretching our collaborating muscle and working as a team in Dodgeball.
