MUSIC ASSEMBLY

We started off our half term by taking part in a music assembly with Mr Roast. We played along with our ukuleles to a few well-known pop songs and joined in with singing some of our favourite songs.

RSHE- Team building

We worked with our learning partners to move the hoop to the end of the hall. We couldn't use our hands so we had to communicate really carefully with our partner so we didn't drop the hoop. It was a lot trickier than it looks!

WORLD BOOK DAY

World Book Day has been great so far. We have brought our objects for others to guess which book it is. There have been some amazing ideas. Well done everyone and keep reading!

We finished our class novel today based on Oliver and the Seawigs. After reading, we did some hot seating with the characters and asked them questions.

HAPPY EID

We loved wearing our party clothes and celebrating Eid with our friends in school. We hope everyone had a lovely day.

EASTER

As part of our Journey through Easter we began our learning by sharing in a last supper.

We have also made some God's Eyes which represented Jesus dying on the cross for us. This was great fun and we all persevered well. Look at our amazing designs.

We also created a chain which was brightly decorated inside but dull and dark on the outside. This chain represented Jesus being arrested. We opened up the chain and revealed the bright colours, creating a cross which the represented the new life that Jesus gave to us.
